1) Once we have accessed your want and needs and you are ready to begin the process, an initial deposit of 50% is required. You will have an exact figure for the job at hand and this amount will never change.
2) After the first round of designs is complete you will be presented them for review. Subsequent rounds are usually necessary to refine the selected design solution until the "clear" design is chosen.
As the client your input is crucial during this stage. When presenting a working version of your web site you will be able to approve all of the design elements to make any appropriate corrections. Once these are finalized we can proceed to completion.
To provide consistency and accountability, our technical and creative team is accessible to you through every phase of the development process; ensuring products will be delivered on time and on budget.
3) Once you choose the final design layout we will begin to develop the design and coding elements for the actual web site and merge the copy into the site.
4) You will review the web site and communicate your changes and approval. xxxTraBucks will make any necessary changes and contact you to review and approve the web site. You will intensely review the web site for any art/copy changes and communicate any for final review. Final changes will be completed and You will communicate to us your approval to take the site live.
5) Once you communicate final approval, the web site will enter the testing phase (24-48hours) and be taken live promptly thereafter. (The remaining 50% of your investment will be due prior to taking the site live.)
6) Once your web site is online our marketing team will submit it to the major search engines.
7) Our last step will be to give you a working market plan to aid you in the marketing process for your new business venture. This will be clear cut with all the necessary tools for you to begin.
